Description

You will design user interfaces and experiences for enterprise systems, focusing on complex business logic and regulatory requirements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research initiatives, journey mapping, and usability testing to identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop wireframes, low and high-fidelity prototypes, and visual hierarchies using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Design interfaces for AI/ML systems with a focus on explainable AI (XAIs) and human-AI interaction.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, feedback sessions, and sprint planning to align design with business objectives.
• Create graphical diagrams and visual narratives to communicate workflows and system architecture.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
• Experience designing for AI/ML interfaces and human-AI interaction.
• Expertise in information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Deep understanding of WCAG and accessibility standards for inclusive design.
• Ability to design for complex systems in domains like government, healthcare, or finance.
• Experience with responsive design, SEO optimization, and tools like Hotjar.
• Skill in data visualization to present complex data and AI insights clearly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with eligibility determination systems or rule-based, data-intensive applications.
