Description

You will design user interfaces and document requirements for complex applications.

Responsibilities

• Document user requirements, screen designs, and design recommendations.
• Present findings and recommendations to small and large groups.
• Interface with customers daily to communicate technical topics.
• Develop front-end application components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Maintain design consistency through design systems and design tokens.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience documenting user requirements and screen designs.
• 4+ years of experience presenting technical findings to stakeholders.
• 3+ years of front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency with modern frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Experience using Figma and Axure RP (preferably Axure 10) for prototyping.
• Experience working with design systems and design tokens.
• Experience using Git and version control.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• A digital portfolio of design work is required for review.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with StencilJS, web component creation, or Git/GitHub repo management.
• Experience designing and conducting formative usability tests.
• Knowledge of Section 508 requirements, Agile/Scrum, or government agency support.
