Description

You will design user experiences for digital dealer and customer-facing applications to validate technologies and explore solutions that elevate the customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Create user journey maps, user flows, information architecture, site maps, and wireframes to define user experiences.
  • Design detailed interaction designs using storyboards, mock-ups, and clickable prototypes in Figma.
  • Develop prototypes by applying the Cat Design language through the Cat Design System.
  • Collaborate with UI developers, technical leads, product managers, and design researchers to ensure technical feasibility and user-centered outcomes.
  • Communicate design decisions to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered processes based on research data.
  • Provide expertise and guidance to the team through mentorship and coaching.

Required Skills

  • At least 9 years of experience designing interactive digital experiences.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Miro, and Adobe Suite.
  • Experience working with GitHub and Azure DevOps in collaboration with developers.
  • Proven ability to conduct user research and usability testing on web and mobile applications.
  • Experience applying standards in design layouts through design systems.
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams including Developers, Product Managers, and Design Researchers.
  • Ability to communicate UX concepts to influence strategy using research data.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working within the eCommerce and retail domains.

ANY GRADUATE
