Description

You will lead UX design efforts using user-centered design, design thinking, and iterative principles. You will own the design lifecycle from abstract concepts to polished prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Convert abstract ideas into sketches, journey maps, wireframes, high-fidelity visual compositions, and prototypes.
• Design mobile-first, responsive products for mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms.
• Present and defend design concepts to stakeholders using data-backed rationale.
• Coach product teams through design discovery, vision, and delivery processes.
• Collaborate with user research teams to gather insights and iterate designs based on feedback.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design or UX Design.
• Proven expertise in user-centered design demonstrated through a portfolio of sketches, prototypes, and user testing.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with users, product teams, and stakeholders.
• Experience working in software development environments.
• Master’s degree in Design, Product Design, or Interaction/Experience Design.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile and SAFe processes.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
