Description

You will lead the end-to-end UX design process for mobile, web, and enterprise applications within the banking sector.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UX design lifecycle from initial research through to final implementation.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to gather actionable insights.
• Build wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design intent.
• Collaborate with UI designers, product managers, and developers to align UX strategy with business goals.
• Apply design thinking and user-centered methodologies to optimize interface engagement.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in UX design roles.
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Proven ability to lead UX processes from research to implementation.
• Experience conducting usability testing and stakeholder interviews.
• Proficiency in creating high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Strong understanding of design thinking and user-centered methodologies.
• Ability to design for mobile, web, and enterprise-scale applications.
• Experience working within the banking industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills for designing user-friendly solutions.
