Description
You will translate complex user requirements into wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed design specifications. You will lead ideation sessions and design reviews to gather feedback and improve solutions. You will collaborate with development teams to ensure visual and functional fidelity during implementation. You will create and maintain UI/UX documentation, style guides, and design systems. You will advocate for user-centered approaches and ensure consistent, accessible, and engaging user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Analyze user requirements and translate them into wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed design specifications.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with development teams to support the implementation of user interfaces, ensuring visual and functional fidelity.
- Create and maintain UI/UX documentation, style guides, and design systems.
- Lead ideation sessions, design reviews, and user testing to gather feedback and improve solutions.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of professional experience designing user interfaces and user experiences for websites, mobile apps, or enterprise digital solutions.
- Proficiency in Sketch, Adobe XD, and Figma for design and prototyping.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for effective collaboration with developers.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
- Proven track record translating complex requirements into clear wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
- Experience conducting usability testing and integrating user feedback into actionable improvements.
- Familiarity with Agile development processes supporting iterative design and delivery.
Preferred Skills
- Industry experience in finance, healthcare, or enterprise solutions.
- Experience with usability testing platforms and tools supporting A/B testing and analytics.
