You will translate complex user requirements into wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed design specifications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements and translate them into wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed design specifications.
• Lead ideation sessions, design reviews, and user testing to gather feedback and improve solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure visual and functional fidelity during implementation.
• Create and maintain UI/UX documentation, style guides, and design systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience designing user interfaces and experiences for websites, mobile apps, or enterprise digital solutions.
• Proficiency in Sketch, Adobe XD, and Figma for design and prototyping.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for effective collaboration with developers.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
• Proven track record translating complex requirements into clear wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
• Experience conducting usability testing and integrating user feedback into actionable improvements.
• Familiarity with Agile development processes supporting iterative design and delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Industry experience in finance, healthcare, or enterprise solutions.
• Experience with usability testing platforms and tools supporting A/B testing and analytics.
