Key Skills: UI/UX Designer, Figma, Adobe XD

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze user requirements with business, product, and technical teams.
• Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Design responsive user interfaces for web applications, dashboards, mobile apps, and workflow systems.
• Develop high-fidelity designs using Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Create and maintain design systems, component libraries, typography, icons, and layout standards.
• Ensure usability, accessibility, consistency, and simplicity across designs.
• Collaborate with frontend, Flutter, backend, QA, and product teams during implementation.
• Review developed screens and ensure alignment with approved designs.
• Conduct usability reviews and recommend improvements based on feedback.
• Prepare design specifications, UI guidelines, and developer handoff documentation.
• Participate in requirement discussions, sprint planning, design reviews, and status meetings.
• Mentor junior team members and review their work when required.

Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools.
• Good understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and information architecture.
• Experience designing enterprise applications, dashboards, admin portals, workflow systems, and mobile apps.
• Strong knowledge of responsive web and mobile design.
• Experience creating design systems and reusable UI components.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, React, Next.js, and Flutter implementation constraints.
• Strong communication, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise, government, or citizen-service applications is preferred.
• 5-8+ years of relevant UI/UX design experience.

Education : B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
