Description

You will design and develop user-centric interfaces for mobile and web applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end workflows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes matching business requirements.
• Collaborate with product owners, analysts, developers, and QA to deliver high-quality UI/UX artifacts.
• Conduct user research, heuristic evaluations, and usability reviews to iterate on designs.
• Maintain consistency across designs following established design systems and accessibility standards.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and drive continuous improvement in design processes.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of proven experience in UI/UX Design, preferably in product or enterprise applications.
• Expertise in UI/UX design for mobile apps (iOS/Android) and responsive web portals.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools including Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
• Strong capability in workflow development and defining information architecture.
• Demonstrated visual design sense covering layout, typography, and color application.
• Ability to create clear design specifications and handoff documentation for engineering teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in regulated domains such as healthcare or medical devices.
• Familiarity with accessibility and compliance considerations in product design.
