Description

You will design responsive user interfaces for web applications, dashboards, mobile apps, and workflow systems while maintaining design systems and component libraries.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze user requirements with business, product, and technical teams.
• Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Develop high-fidelity designs and maintain design systems using Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with frontend, Flutter, backend, and QA teams to ensure design alignment during implementation.
• Conduct usability reviews and prepare design specifications and developer handoff documentation.

Required Skills

• 5-8+ years of relevant UI/UX design experience.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience designing enterprise applications, dashboards, admin portals, and mobile apps.
• Strong knowledge of responsive web and mobile design principles.
• Good understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and information architecture.
• Experience creating design systems and reusable UI components.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, React, Next.js, and Flutter implementation constraints.
• B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale enterprise, government, or citizen-service applications.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and review their work.
