You will design intuitive website journeys and features for HCPs and patients, ensuring content is accessible, consistent, and easy to understand.

Responsibilities

• Guide brands on best practices for information architecture and user-friendly design.
• Conduct UX deep dives with Brand and Omnichannel Engagement leads to deliver web feature requests.
• Identify and fix site performance issues, streamline pages, and improve mobile experience.
• Validate Adobe Analytics tags in development and convert metrics into actionable optimizations.
• Ensure all digital efforts meet privacy, accessibility, and compliance standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience improving websites, digital experiences, or online engagement.
• Deep experience with Adobe CMS and Adobe Analytics.
• Strong understanding of Search Optimization and discoverability (GEO).
• Experience working in pharma or healthcare, especially with HCP and patient audiences.
• Comfort working with analytics dashboards, interpreting trends, and making recommendations.
• Ability to collaborate across many teams and guide them toward best practices.
• Familiarity with regulated review processes (MLR) and digital compliance requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience driving simple A/B tests to understand what resonates with users.
