Description

You will design intuitive, accessible user interfaces by translating user needs and technical constraints into functional digital products.

Responsibilities

• Develop user personas, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to validate design assumptions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and identify pain points.
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and documentation to ensure visual consistency.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design concepts are implemented accurately and to specification.
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes effectively to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on UX/UI design experience.
• Proficiency with Axure for prototyping and wireframing.
• Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Fireworks.
• Strong working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Deep understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD) methodologies and interface design patterns.
• Experience applying Responsive Web Design best practices.
• Knowledge of ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) standards for accessibility.
• Ability to leverage usability studies and data to improve user flows and interfaces.
• Strong visual communication and conceptualization skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Angular technology.
• Experience designing for Content Management Systems.
• Familiarity with Bootstrap or Foundation frameworks.
