Description

You will design and refine digital products for public-facing web applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run usability tests for web apps and government pages, synthesizing findings into design recommendations.
• Translate requirements into high-fidelity, accessible prototypes using Figma, ranging from wireframes to production UI.
• Contribute components and patterns to the existing Design System.
• Facilitate design sessions involving senior leaders and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 3-4 years of experience in digital product and service design.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Agile Workflows.
• Demonstrated experience with WCAG accessibility standards.
• Strong facilitator and systems thinker.
• Ability to advocate for user-centered design in complex organizations.
• Experience in government or similar organizational environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing for public-facing applications.
