Description

You will design and enhance digital products for public-facing web applications.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and run usability tests for web applications and government pages, synthesizing findings into design recommendations.
  • Translate requirements into high-fidelity, accessible prototypes using Figma, ranging from wireframes to production UI.
  • Contribute to and document components within the established Design System.
  • Guide design decisions by synthesizing research data and considering technological and policy constraints.
  • Facilitate design sessions involving senior leaders and stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • 3-4 years of experience in digital product and service design.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma and Ui Design And Prototyping.
  • Deep understanding and application of WCAG accessibility standards.
  • Experience working within Agile Workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience in government or similar public sector environments.
  • Strong ability to facilitate workshops and design sessions.
  • Skills as a systems thinker and advocate for user-centered design.
