Description

You will own the design of intuitive digital products, translating user needs into high-fidelity interfaces and seamless experiences.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and behaviors.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts.
• Develop user flows, journey maps, and personas to guide product strategy.
• Design visually appealing interfaces consistent with brand guidelines.
• Maintain and update design systems and style guides for cross-product consistency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Demonstrated experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong command of user-centered design principles.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX design work.
• Ability to operate within an Agile environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience maintaining complex design systems.
• Background in creating detailed user personas and journey maps.
