Description

You will own the end-to-end UI/UX design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and design systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure product consistency.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define product direction, visuals, and user experience.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics, presenting concepts to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles, responsive design, and adaptive design.
• Ability to create user personas, journey maps, and user flows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
