Description

You will design user experiences for various design initiatives in a hybrid capacity in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end UI/UX design processes for multiple initiatives.
• Collaborate within an Agile environment to deliver design solutions.
• Develop and maintain a strong design portfolio of work.
• Apply user experience design principles throughout the product lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Proven experience working in Agile workflows.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user experience design principles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the US (USC/GC only).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with hybrid work models.
