You will design user experiences and visual interfaces through research, prototyping, and design system application.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and discovery to inform design decisions.
• Build prototypes and visual designs to communicate user flows.
• Apply and help maintain design systems to ensure cohesive standards.
• Collaborate with team members to share ideas and refine product concepts.
• Explore and integrate AI applications into the design process.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in UX design or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience specifically in research and discovery.
• Hands-on experience using Figma for design and prototyping.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• A portfolio containing relevant design case studies.
• Foundational understanding of design systems.
• Basic understanding of AI technologies.
• Strong communication skills for idea sharing and collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience using Miro, FigJam, or similar planning tools.
