Description

Design and deliver interactive user experiences and visual interfaces across multiple products and platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver experience design for interactive interfaces, simplifying complex information into intuitive flows, wireframes, charts, and visual representations.
• Create high-fidelity designs and production-ready prototypes in collaboration with developers.
• Facilitate feedback reviews and workshops with stakeholders and customers to validate design concepts.
• Perform design reviews of developed pages to ensure adherence to established standards and patterns.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UED and User Interface Design.
• Proficiency with Figma, Axure RP, and Adobe CS.
• Expertise in wireframing, user journeys, and workflow generation.
• Practical knowledge of human-centered design patterns and methodologies.
• Experience working within Agile environments using Scrum, XP, Kanban, JIRA, or Confluence.
• Strong ability to communicate abstract design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
• An art degree or similar qualification.
• A portfolio demonstrating UX work specifically using Axure RP or Figma.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience in Insurance, FinTech, or Financial Services.
