Description

You will own the design process, collaborating with product managers and engineers to deliver clean and intuitive user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements alongside product owners/managers.
• Participate in business solution design to define functional project requirements for clients.
• Develop and apply user testing strategies based on user research in a B2B enterprise context.
• Communicate design solutions clearly to multi-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Drive the execution of visual and interaction design while balancing business objectives with UX needs.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of industry experience building products.
• Strong command of interaction design and visual design principles with a focus on simplicity.
• Knowledge of UI concepts, Material Design, and Human Interface Guidelines.
• Proficiency in interaction design for native mobile and web applications.
• Experience working on design systems.
• Familiarity with technical foundations of modern software and frameworks.
• Experience working in an iterative, agile design environment.
• Proficiency with design tools including Figma, Adobe XD, and Zeplin.
