Description

You will design user-centered interfaces and convert Figma prototypes into production-ready HTML and CSS.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to identify pain points.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
• Translate Figma designs into clean, responsive HTML and CSS with accessibility and performance in mind.
• Maintain design systems, component libraries, and handoff documentation.
• Iterate on UX based on analytics, user feedback, and A/B testing.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of professional UI/UX design experience for web and mobile.
• Strong Figma expertise: prototyping, components, auto-layout, and design systems.
• Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3 for responsive implementation.
• Understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
• Experience running user research and synthesizing findings into solutions.
• Familiarity with basic JavaScript and front-end behavior.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and Figma-to-HTML examples.
• Experience with WCAG accessibility standards.
