Description

You will design intuitive interfaces and functional features for a SaaS platform using a design-first development approach.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements alongside product managers, stakeholders, and engineers.
• Illustrate design ideas through storyboards, process flows, sitemaps, and functional wireframes.
• Design GUI elements including menus, tabs, and widgets aligned with established UI Toolkits and pattern libraries.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes to communicate business logic and site functionality.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX issues such as responsiveness and perform layout adjustments based on user feedback.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience with wireframe tools such as Zeppelin or Balsamiq.
• Expertise in Prototyping, Motion Design, User Research, and Information Architecture.
• Proficiency in AI-driven design tools, including Figma AI plugins or Adobe XD with Sensei.
• Ability to craft effective prompts to optimize AI tool outputs for design workflows.
• Experience using AI to streamline design workflows and improve documentation.
• Strong portfolio of professional web and mobile application projects.
• Working knowledge of Confluence and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English proficiency.

Preferred Skills

• Portfolio work featuring heavy data or grid-based use cases.
