• Support the evolution of the Customer Experience, including development of the CX portfolio, roadmap, and reference architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer experience strategy and best practices across applications and platforms while maintaining a cohesive end-to-end experience.
• Participate in project delivery while navigating challenges across UX/UI designers, business analysts, product owners, development teams, and multiple organizational groups.
• Bring strong passion and hands-on technical experience to complex UX/UI and Customer Experience initiatives.

🎓 Bachelor’s Degree + 8 years of experience
OR
🎓 Master’s Degree + 5 years of experience
🔹 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
⭐ Top 4 Skills:
• Proficient in Figma
• Asks insightful questions
• Effective communication
• Willingness to collaborate
⭐ 3+ years of UX Design experience
⭐ 3+ years with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and other UX/UI software
⭐ 1+ year of required Figma experience
⭐ Experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments preferred
⭐ Comfortable working autonomously with Product and Engineering teams
⭐ 3+ years designing complex systems or applications preferred
