Description

You will own the digital documentation and end-to-end journey mapping for the Intellix treasury management tool modernization project.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create end-to-end digital journey frameworks in Lucid Spark, integrating screenshots of all user experiences.
• Maintain the central digital document repository, ensuring all ongoing design changes are accurately incorporated.
• Socialize design updates with core internal partners to secure buy-in and alignment.
• Drive engagement and collect feedback from product teams to iterate on the digital documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in design or product documentation roles.
• Proficiency with Lucid Spark for journey mapping and documentation.
• Experience using Figma for design workflows.
• Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage complex documentation for high-value financial tool modernization.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
