Description

You will design and prototype desktop and mobile applications for the CIMS 2.0 project within an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design modern, intuitive user interfaces and prototypes for desktop and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, discovery, and analysis to validate product concepts and iterate based on testing.
• Translate wireframes and mockups into functional web pages and create a reusable design system library.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate front-end components and establish a seamless handoff process.
• Lead design initiatives by facilitating meetings with stakeholders and engineering teams to build consensus.

Required Skills

• 8 years of verifiable experience designing graphical interfaces for applications based on user requirements.
• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design roles.
• Proficiency with Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.
• Experience working within Agile development methodologies and participating in backlog grooming.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Technical familiarity with ASP.NET Core, MVC, and C#.
• Proven ability to manage complex business processes through wireframing and prototyping.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to provide technical guidance and mentoring to other staff members.
