Description

You will own the design strategy and execution for complex digital products, managing the full lifecycle from user research through implementation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement design strategies for digital products and websites.
• Lead UX design initiatives from start to finish, balancing multiple product needs.
• Create process flows, wireframes, mockups, and conceptual diagrams to communicate design intent.
• Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing, to translate insights into intuitive interfaces.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and clinical experts to define requirements and prioritize features.

Required Skills

• 3-5+ years of experience designing complex digital products with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and instructional design.
• Experience in regulated industries, preferably medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Knowledge of IEC 62366 usability engineering, human factors engineering, or FDA regulations.
• Ability to conduct task analysis and usability testing for diverse user groups.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with medical device software (SaMD) or clinical workflows.
• Background in safety-critical environments where risk mitigation and compliance are key.
