Description

Lead user research and design processes to inform product strategy and usability.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct usability testing, including remote methods.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user personas to visualize user journeys.
• Facilitate user workshops and empathy mapping sessions with stakeholders.
• Generate insights from data and present formal findings to executive sponsors.
• Formulate practical research questions to drive iterative design improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of UX research experience.
• Strong understanding of UI Design principles.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or equivalent prototyping tools.
• Experience developing user journey maps and empathy maps.
• Ability to lead user workshops and stakeholder facilitation sessions.
• Experience creating formal presentations and user finding reports.
• Skill in translating research data into actionable design recommendations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
