Description

Lead UX and UI design for enterprise platform products, ensuring design integrity from concept to code handoff.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX and UI design decisions across the platform, maintaining fidelity through engineering collaboration.
• Own and evolve the platform's design system and UI toolkit.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design direction.
• Benchmark and analyze third-party AI/LLM platforms to identify features for adoption.
• Present design work, recommendations, and rationale to stakeholders and leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing UI/UX for enterprise platforms, applications, and dashboards.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating rigorous UX thinking and polished, production-ready UI execution.
• Deep familiarity with AI/LLM concepts and third-party platforms like Anthropic (Chat, Code, Projects, Skills, Extensions) and OpenAI.
• Experience designing within and contributing to design systems with an emphasis on clean engineer handoff.
• Proven ability to advocate for design decisions within engineering-led teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with on-premise or enterprise AI deployments.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering concepts and workflows.
• Experience designing data visualization or complex dashboard interfaces.
