Description

Design complex consumer-facing digital products across web, mobile, and point of sale platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive design from early-stage conceptualization through launch, covering information architecture, interaction, motion, and visual design.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and UX leadership to define experience strategies and user journeys.
• Create and rapidly iterate on storyboards, user flows, mockups, and functional prototypes to communicate product vision to stakeholders.
• Analyze consumer insights, product analytics, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for experience innovation.
• Conduct, evaluate, and modify usability studies to refine product interfaces.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing complex consumer-facing digital products in a global context.
• Proficiency with contemporary design tools for prototyping and visual communication.
• Experience with cross-platform design including web, mobile, and point of sale UX.
• Proven ability to execute usability studies.
• Strong skills in information architecture, interaction design, and motion design.
• Ability to manage both high-level experience strategy and nuanced visual details.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Fintech consumer products.
