Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to identify needs and pain points.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and process flows.
• Design interfaces aligned with product goals and design system consistency.
• Build and test interactive prototypes to validate design directions.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers through the design lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience with InVision or similar prototyping platforms.
• Solid understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into simple user flows.
• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
