Description

Design user-centered interfaces and interactive prototypes for cross-functional development teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create interactive prototypes using Figma and Axure to demonstrate design flows.
• Conduct user research, including usability testing and persona development, to inform design decisions.
• Translate research insights into actionable design improvements and interface layouts.
• Manage the design handoff process by generating necessary assets for front-end development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to articulate design decisions and HCI concepts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• 5+ years of expert proficiency in Figma, including components and collaboration features.
• 5+ years of experience working with Bootstrap.
• Proficiency in Axure for high-fidelity prototyping.
• Deep understanding of HCI principles and usability best practices.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and user-centered design.
• Familiarity with front-end development principles and technical constraints.
• Strong analytical skills for solving complex design problems.
