Roles & Responsibilities

• Deeply understand user problems, needs, and goals to create intuitive and engaging design solutions
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to assess feasibility, prioritize features, and deliver user-centric designs
• Design and deliver consistent, scalable, and visually appealing UI solutions
• Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Lead usability testing sessions and incorporate user feedback to refine design outcomes
• Partner with development and QA teams to ensure design consistency, functionality, and high usability across products
• Present design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Champion user-centered design principles and continuously advocate for the best user experience throughout the product lifecycle

Experience Required 6–9 years of core UI/UX design experience in digital product design or a similar role
