Description

Lead visual design for mobile applications, owning the process from concept to final execution. You will define design systems and ensure consistency across all platforms while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead user interface design for mobile applications, creating cohesive visual design systems and UI patterns.
• Visualize and prototype design concepts using mood boards, high-fidelity mockups, visual comps, and animations.
• Articulate visual design challenges and craft effective, user-centric solutions aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback to deliver high-quality outcomes within tight timelines.

Required Skills

• 7+ years designing high-impact consumer web and mobile application interfaces.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong expertise in mobile app design, prototyping, and visual design.
• Experience developing and maintaining scalable design systems.
• Ability to rapidly prototype and visualize complex design ideas.
• Formal education in Design from a reputed university.

Preferred Skills

• Strong knowledge of modern UI trends, best practices, and user behavior principles.
• Project management skills for managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
