UI/UX Designer

You will design cohesive user experiences by translating customer requirements into functional prototypes and wireframes.

Responsibilities

• Identify product pain points and gather feedback from internal and external customers to propose solutions.
• Plan and execute usability sessions and user studies to analyze insights from new and existing data.
• Compile well-documented research findings into actionable insights for internal teams.
• Iterate on product features through wireframing and prototyping to meet defined persona needs.
• Collaborate with product managers to define acceptance criteria and work with developers to resolve implementation challenges during agile sprints.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in prototyping tools.
• Working knowledge of CSS.
• Experience conducting usability sessions and user research.
• Ability to deliver documented research findings and actionable insights.
• Experience working within an agile development process.
• Bachelor's degree.
