Description

You will design scalable experiences for the Seller Experience team, focusing on product designs informed by user needs, data, and technical capabilities.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Prototype and ideate product designs that span multiple business channels and groups.
• Serve as the UX point of contact to represent seller needs and promote long-term success.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Business partners to solve complex problems.
• Create design deliverables ranging from simple sketches and wireframes to high-fidelity clickable prototypes and annotated handoffs.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of UX Design experience, specifically designing for small businesses internationally.
• Experience designing tools and workflows for SaaS or B2B products in an eCommerce or marketplace context.
• Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Experience using user research, usability testing, and A/B testing results to validate designs.
• Proven ability to design seamless experiences across multiple surfaces, platforms, and device types.
• A portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes and measurable business impact.
