Description

You will design and refine the user experience for enterprise-level applications, ensuring accessibility and usability across the WisVote platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from subject matter experts to define UI/UX specifications.
• Create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes to visualize design concepts.
• Conduct user research using qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.
• Write clear, user-friendly interface text and provide design recommendations aligned with IT strategy.
• Design applications that adhere to WCAG 2.0 accessibility guidelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Ability to create user personas, user flows, and journey maps.
• Experience designing for accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0).
• Familiarity with Telerik UI components.
• Ability to articulate design choices and collaborate across technical and business teams.
