Description

You will own the design process for modernizing application user experience.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Redesign and simplify UX and workflows to meet modern application design standards using a component framework.
• Create wireframes and prototypes, iterating them based on feedback from cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop user personas and test designs against established persona profiles.
• Apply knowledge of modern code implementations and US web design standards to product strategy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• 2 years experience as a lead designer on a development project involving technology modernization.
• 4 years experience creating and iterating on wireframes and prototypes with stakeholders.
• 4 years experience creating personas and testing designs against them.
• 4 years experience with modern code implementations, US web design standards, and product strategy.
• Experience with Material Design libraries and component frameworks (e.g., MudBlazor).
• Familiarity with Azure SQL, Microservices Architecture, Jira, GitHub, and Swagger.

Preferred Skills

• 2 years experience working within Agile principles and processes.
• 2 years experience training software developers and business analysts on UX principles.
