Description

You will design scalable seller tools and product experiences informed by user needs, data, and technical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Prototype and ideate on seller tool designs that span multiple business channels.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business partners to deliver solutions meeting both customer and business goals.
• Create design assets at varying levels of fidelity, ranging from sketches and wireframes to high-fidelity clickable prototypes and annotated deliverables.
• Design for accessibility standards and maintain standardized design language systems.
• Partner with UX Researchers to develop testing protocols and synthesize customer insights.
• Develop new design processes to improve product quality and delivery speed.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of UX Design experience, with expertise designing for small businesses internationally.
• Proven track record designing SaaS workflows, including account registration and management in ecommerce or marketplace contexts.
• Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design for Web and Mobile Web.
• Experience working within agile environments and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to deliver end-to-end design solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
