Description

You will design and implement functional web and mobile solutions at scale within an engineering team.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, refine, and validate solutions through iterative wireframing, storyboarding, and prototyping.
• Create and maintain a consistent design system across e-book platforms, digital media distribution, and library management systems.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Tech Leads to refine user stories and evaluate requirements.
• Work with developers to build interface designs while ensuring quality and accessibility.
• Conduct usability testing and interpret data and qualitative feedback to drive improvements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or Product Designer.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sigma, and Illustrator.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
• Expertise in native app UI/UX design and responsive design principles.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to translate complex interactions into intuitive user experiences.
• Experience using analytics and behavioral insights to generate product experiments.
• Foundational knowledge of accessibility standards.

Preferred Skills

• Prior web and mobile product development experience.
