Description

You will be a designer on the Protection's (post-transactions) team, solving complex customer needs through product discovery and design thinking.

Responsibilities

• Create user-centered designs that meet business requirements and technical feasibility.
• Lead product discovery activities and collaborate on product direction with cross-functional partners.
• Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and lightweight specifications.
• Apply customer insights and research to inform decision-making and build solutions.
• Communicate across the project lifecycle to manage expectations and ensure alignment.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in interaction, product, or UX design.
• Outstanding online portfolio demonstrating broad interaction design work (native apps, web, desktop).
• Experience using human-centered design and design thinking to build scalable strategies.
• Experience driving end-to-end design in ambiguous projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in an agile environment.
• Experience using data and research to advise decision making and measure outcomes.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams in a continuous delivery, agile environment.
• Expert in design and prototyping tools like Figma.
