Description

You will design user-centered solutions for the Protection team, driving product discovery and translating complex customer needs into scalable digital experiences.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create user-centered designs that balance business requirements with technical feasibility.
• Lead product discovery activities and define product direction with cross-functional partners.
• Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and lightweight specifications.
• Apply customer insights and research to inform design decisions and measure outcomes.
• Manage project expectations and ensure alignment across the design lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in interaction, product, or UX design.
• Outstanding online portfolio demonstrating broad interaction design work across native apps, web, and desktop.
• Expert proficiency in design and prototyping tools, specifically Figma.
• Experience applying human-centered design and design thinking to build scalable strategies.
• Proven ability to drive end-to-end design in ambiguous project environments.
• Experience managing multiple projects in an agile, continuous delivery environment.
• Ability to use data and research to advise decision-making processes.
