You will lead design discovery, workflows, and usability testing for enterprise-level applications.

You will own the design lifecycle from research to interaction design, translating complex requirements into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Drive discovery, design, and workflow creation for complex enterprise applications.
• Conduct user research, including user interviews, usability testing, and user journey mapping.
• Translate complex research findings and business requirements into actionable design insights.
• Execute interaction design using user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to present design ideas and influence product direction.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience in UX design.
• Extensive experience designing enterprise-level applications.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools.
• Deep understanding of WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Strong background in user research and usability testing.
• Bachelor's degree or certification in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology, or a related field.
• A strong portfolio documenting your methodology, problem-solving steps, and outcomes for enterprise apps.
• Active LinkedIn profile.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the PEGA suite of applications.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology.
