You will design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for software applications by translating user needs and business requirements into functional design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand behaviors and translate findings into actionable design solutions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visualize and iterate on design concepts.
• Develop high-quality visual designs that align with product vision and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design coherence and technical feasibility.
• Plan and conduct usability testing to validate decisions and iterate based on user feedback.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer within the software development industry.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design projects and problem-solving capabilities.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills for advocating user needs to cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with responsive and mobile design.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines.
