You will design user-friendly interfaces that translate complex business logic into effective digital experiences.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user interviews and discovery work to identify pain points within existing websites.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to facilitate rapid iteration and testing.
• Develop site maps and user flows to drive customer-focused information architecture.
• Utilize and expand the existing design system by prototyping and recommending new components.
• Analyze web analytics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in UX/UI for digital products.
• Expert proficiency in Figma.
• Experience working with design systems.
• Proficiency in Miro and Axure.
• Experience with human-centric design principles.
• Ability to develop user personas, scenarios, and user flows.
• BS in digital design or a similar field.
