Description

You will design the user interface for a new enterprise-facing Identity & Access Management (IAM) platform.

Responsibilities

• Design the UI for the new IAM platform.
• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Translate user and product manager requirements into UI designs.
• Iterate designs based on continuous feedback.
• Follow inclusive design standards and best practices.

Required Skills

• 4–6 years of UI/UX design experience.
• Proficiency in Figma; Sketch or Adobe XD acceptable.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and Information Architecture.
• Experience conducting usability testing.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (no coding required).
• Experience with enterprise-scale applications.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Prior Capital One experience.
