Description

You will design human-centered interfaces and user experiences that prioritize accessibility and usability.

Responsibilities

• Create customer journey maps, information architectures, and UX patterns to solve complex design challenges.
• Build interactive low- and high-fidelity prototypes to test and validate concepts.
• Develop reusable component libraries and design systems to ensure scalability and consistency.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with technical constraints.
• Use A/B testing and behavioral analytics to inform and iterate on design decisions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, Axure, or Adobe XD.
• Deep understanding of UX/UI principles and accessibility standards.
• Proven ability to present design rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
• Proficiency in using behavioral analytics and A/B testing data.
• Strong ability to advocate for end-user needs through critical thinking.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a collaborative product development environment.
