Description

You will design user-centered interfaces and service experiences through research, wireframing, and prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to communicate design intent.
• Develop service design artifacts including journey maps, service blueprints, and wireflows.
• Conduct UX research to support journey mapping and design validation.
• Apply visual design principles to manage color theory, layout, and composition.
• Implement responsive design and accessibility standards across all outputs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Expertise in service design tools such as service blueprints and walkthroughs.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience with wireflows and prototyping.
• Ability to execute visual design tasks including layout and composition.
• Knowledge of accessibility and responsive design requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in UX Research techniques for validation.
