Description

Design user experience and interfaces for portals, mobile apps, and servicing platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for various applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to guide design decisions.
• Translate insurance business requirements into functional design components and user interfaces.
• Maintain design systems and reusable components aligned with branding and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and testers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of working experience in UI/UX design.
• Expertise in wireframing UIs, including mobile applications.
• Strong knowledge of human-computer interface principles.
• Ability to grasp complex domain knowledge quickly.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience working with Product Owners to design interfaces.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Product Owner roles.
