Description

You will design interfaces and visual systems for web, responsive web, and native mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects spanning multiple teams with cross-functional coordination.
• Create detailed design specifications and prototypes using Figma, Principle, or Framer.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure visual consistency.
• Apply user-centered design processes to explore creative directions for business applications.
• Implement inclusive design practices following WCAG and accessibility standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing systems and style guides.
• Proficiency in User Interface, Graphic Design, Illustrations, and Typography.
• Ability to articulate design rationale and use storytelling to communicate ideas.
• Deep understanding of interface design paradigms across web and native mobile platforms.
• Experience working within agile environments to deliver high-quality designs on time.
• Expertise in creating detailed prototypes and design specifications.
• Strong knowledge of inclusive design and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).

Preferred Skills

• Strong motion graphics and animation skills.
