Good to Have Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. Understanding of usability testing and user research methodologies. Experience with maintaining style guides and UI standards. Knowledge of interaction patterns and branding consistency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user and business requirements.
• Design user-friendly interfaces, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
• Apply user-centered design principles to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences for users.
• Conduct basic user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
• Assist in maintaining and following design systems, style guides, and UI standards across products.
• Ensure consistency in visual design, interaction patterns, and branding across all digital products.
• Support senior designers and design leads in executing design strategies and concepts effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices in the industry.
• Clearly present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and stakeholders during meetings.

Experience Required: 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design with hands-on experience using design tools and creating digital experiences.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field
